This song hits so close to home. I tell my fiance all the time his is my light in the darkness b.c he pulled me out of darkness when we met(no drugs or alcohol. Simply stress and anxiety from toxic people). We met and anxiety and pain/stress got to my head and lost 6 months of memories. I had no idea who he was and he fought to keep me away from the darkness that was my old life. Thank you for this song! PSA stress and anxiety are not a joke. The brain can get too overwhelmed and shut down and block all bad memories from you, while also losing the good too. Dont hold it in. Talk about it. Find your light. Fight for your light. There is always a light in the dark. <3

Just want to come back here to say thank you to this so underrated band. 5 months ago I'm on the edge of depression. Then i saw this song. I've been intimidated by it's title so i clicked it.
