For people wondering why arc strikes are bad: arc strikes will lead to cracking in the material if you don’t grind them out, but on the majority of jobs you are not able / allowed to grind the base metal since it’ll mess with previous measurements and parameters

How do you not get electric shock when touching the ground clamp while holding stinger

Great video man! I have two questions:
1. Is it safe to grab the electrode with two hands and not electrocute?
2. I see you touching the rod and the working metal when welding, could this cause and electric shock for the welder?

I am new to this and want to be a safe as posible from electricity.
