I work for the autism society. Have you all tried to see if the airport has a type of flight simulator? Also maybe watching videos and even reading social stores on flying may help. I of course do not know your brother but I hope these suggestions can help!

My twin sister has an Autistic nephew, so when he was a kid, her doctor would prescribe medication for him to relax. It made him sleepy. As soon as he saw me, he use to sit on top of my walker with a big smile on his face.
