When I feel those feelings of temptation or intrusive thoughts. I start to sing any praise and worship song (that I can bring to my mind out loud) or in my head if I just can't sing out loud. If I can't remember the words but I remembered the melody I just sing Jesus and then I start saying who he is to the melody. Then I start to praise God for bringing me out of the situation I'm in. EVEN BEFORE I'VE BEEN DELIVERED FROM IT! Because I do not base my joy on my current situation because I know where I am going IF... I stand strong and steadfast and finish the rase that God has set before me. Praise the Lord!

Well answered to Charity.
When in constant evil attack, glue yourself to God.
Even when the attacks stop, you must stay in any way in prayer, worship, with the bible in your ears, in your home and car with sound(CD), add God and His word in any way, good respectful gospel music, not to crazy but calm and respectful music with words of the scriptures.

Those attacks are for us to be tried and to realise how much room there is in our life to add God.
Keep up the good fight Charity, your are not the only one, when attacked turn to God and his word, add serious bible study.
Our thoughts are our own, but it depends what you do to it. If you grow the thought that is not good if the thought is evil that is dangerous, you open the door to satan.
You repent as soon as you are back in your right mind. And put music, pray, add God in what ever way until the evil leaves. Practice that then you will get less of all these attacks, you will still get some but you will have more strength and courage and notice much faster when it is an evil attack..
It will change with all that was written above because I did it that way and it helped a whole lot.

I have struggled for nearly 30 years with condemnation and the feeling of separation. I know the Truth. I know my works or good behavior has nothing to do with salvation. No man has a good heart. I know that I’m guilty and dead in my sin. I heard the Lord once. I heard him say, “ You are on the right track, just don’t give up.” As much as that should have been a wonderful thing (The experience was indescribable) it left me with more questions than answers. I don’t know what it means to die to one’s self. I don’t know what it means to pick up my cross daily, but I will not forget that Christ alone is the only hope I have. That’s it. I can’t get things right. I can’t fix anything. I pray his Blood is over me and one day I’ll get to hold him, and not be thrown in hell.

Its known but you have free will but why wouldn't you believe in someone who said that he he believes in you with his sacrifice without necessarily being the only way, I am pretty sure he could have left or destroyed them so... He did his job and what everyone asked of him and his payment is in this measure negated all law and he is then the one who will be in charge of all, the only begotten son, and that is why I am, thanks
