Why does the light bend tho ..
I understand shifting ice crystals
But can magnetic field bend light or is it shaping the crystal haze to refract the light in an arch

Not a Flash it was a SOLAR HALO or SOLAR HOLY HALO trying to form Didn't quite get there if strong and full the outer ring would have blue/red line inside the outer ring and the rest would be hazy like the white ring forming. Do Solar Halo and see some others
Should have put up my March 31st Halo--have to take it to someone It was almost 33 minutes and I was able to show some strangeness to it---that I have not seen on Other Halo's
IN fact my Cam says 3:33:33:33 at Full Power March 31st
