Today’s launch of the Digital Workforce Initiative, is a transformative step toward empowering our people to build careers in the rapidly expanding digital economy.

In partnership with Cyber Nations, a coalition of leaders dedicated to advancing education and employment in cybersecurity, this program aims to make Grenada a leading digital society by prioritising digital literacy and providing training in high-demand skills like cybersecurity, full-stack development, and artificial intelligence. The pilot phase involves training 100 Grenadians in cybersecurity, with a broader goal of equipping thousands with employable digital skills.

Grounded in the belief that digital empowerment is essential for national progress, this initiative focuses on three main pillars:
1. Foundational Digital Literacy
2. Employable Digital Skills
3. Innovation and Thought Leadership

The programmes are designed as Career Pathway Programmes, ensuring that participants gain employment opportunities immediately after completing their training. With this initiative, the Government of Grenada reaffirms its commitment to creating a future-ready workforce and driving national development through digital innovation.
