Dos
1. Avoid sleeping on the same side of the procedure.
2. Avoid driving to stay away from jerking phases.
3. Take regular follow-ups for medication.
4. Maintain a healthy life after the procedure.

Dont’s
1. Do not wet the area for about 7-10 days.
2. Do not lift the arm above the shoulder levels for upto 2 weeks.
3. Avoid hand metal detectors during security check and keep a card to inform the security.
4. Do not get involved in strenuous activities for a couple of weeks.

For any type of treatment to be effective in the long run, you must strictly adhere to your surgeon's advised dos and don'ts.
