I don’t understand the difference between a concussion and the all the other injuries. I can only see this being used as a bad thing, players possibly forced to fake injuries for free substitutions.

Clear decision well done. 5 subs only benefits the bigger clubs with a stronger depth in their squad, look at the quality of players Liverpool and Chelsea can bring on compared to Sheffield Utd and West Brom.
