2:10 I could’ve sworn when I first watched the film as a kid this part zoomed in on Ned as he asked “what is it?” Before switching over to Nemo. I’m guessing that was a pan-and-scan alteration from the VHS?

Captain Nemo was nothing but gracious an accommodating and Ned white trash land has to call him on it? I'm sorry but if I was Nemo I would say may I show you something Mr land it will only take a moment.
