I was about to listen to 'Amy Winehouse - My Bed' and this was the ad that came on before the song played. I only listened to the ad for a few seconds before I went out of my way to add it to my playlist. I'm so obsessed with the whole vibe and the aesthetic is so well crafted. Good job! I definitely will be subscribing and intend to check out some more of your music in the future.

Great twist on the Neil Hefti/Bobby Troup song (for the 1965 movie Harlow starring Carroll Baker). The original is sung by men in the third person and thus today (hopefully) comes across as profoundly chauvinistic, a myopic vision of half of humanity recently embodied by Mad Men. Singing in the first person, these talented women send up the tune in full pastiche mode, utilizing all the wonderful trappings of mid-century costumes, sets and props. Love the drop the mic (um, I mean phone) shot at the end. Great job! (Hey this paragraph sounds good, maybe I have a new career in music writing)
PS For a creepy version of the original, see The Peddlers' 1967 release:
AND For a highly sexualized and empowered version of the feminine gossip concept, see TLC's Girl Talk from 2002 (I wonder if they intentionally borrowed the title from the original):

Something wrong. Something wrong. I know something about girl talk and there's just no way those cords don't get tangled and bent. I've untangle dozens of those. Until the wireless phone which was the reason they invented cordless phones. Please correct in post.

In a way it's sad that this sound's lyrics were written by a man.
