“I remember little things” AKA I remember the things that are beneficial to me and just so happen to forget everything else

She probably realizes the amount of benefits she would collect with 2 children. I don't believe anything she says.

This is so unfair for that child. I’m adopted. It took my birth father over 3 years to sign the papers. I was with my adopted family from 2 days old on. My parents lived in fear for 3 years that they would lose me. You don’t deserve this child.

It's so easy to say I don't remember, I am amazed she remembers she has a child.

Her baby was adopted and now two years later she wants custody of the child? She had many times prior to get the child this is no excuse. The child has already bonded with the adopted parents so she is not in a position to take that child away.

I think she changed her mind because she thinks she could receive benefits if she had the child. It’s done and over. Stop being selfish and let it go.

Her memory is amazingly selective. All the good things she had to say she can't remember but all the bad things, even conversations clear as day

She can't just change her mind. Sorry, its over. If I was the adoptive parents I would have a restraining order, you don't want to confuse the child further, stay far away. Have fun raising your new child. Goodbye.

First of all you had two years you could have got some type of certificate, degree job, got a place to stay got your own car ask for forgiveness, some type of visitation and been humble.

Selfish to not think of the baby’s welfare. She can’t provide for herself. She has mental memory issues. Imagine giving her a two year old?

I was given to my adoptive parents when I was 2 days old. There wasn't any issue regarding giving me up. My birth mother was only 11 years old. My adoptive parents had to prove they were financially stable. They had to pass mental and physical tests. Drug tests and criminal background searches. Finally, they had to deal with surprise visits from social workers. They took reports regarding my condition. They would make notes on how tidy the home was. How much food was available. Who lived in the house. Even the cat and dog my parents had were tested to see if they were aggressive! Adoptive parents go through so much to be parents. I don't think it's too much to require birth parents to have some reasonable standards to have before they have a baby

Dr. Phil asked her if she would be able to take care of & provide for the first baby at the point of this airing, & her answer was no. How in the world was she going to be able to with this second one?! Sunny was great here - the baby was no longer hers, & all rights were gone. Closed adoption. I wouldn’t have let this toxic person near my child, ever. I’m the adoptive Mother of two daughters, now in their late twenties. Once those documents were signed, they were ours & we were the only parents.

‘Too bad, so sad’. I considered adoption for less than a day when I was young and pregnant. I knew if I had the strength to go through with it I would regret it immensely and immediately.

My utmost respect to birth moms who try to give their kids a better life that they know they cannot provide. But it’s cruel wanting to take a child away from its parents, she is not thinking in the best interest of the child but instead her wants and feelings. No no no!

I had my first son when I was 18. He is now 36. It was very hard but I became a good mother and had help from my family. She's having another baby and she said she has no way to take care of this new one. I think she really needs help. I hope she gets it for her and the babys sake.

“I don’t remember posting that”

“But I remember that I posted them to justify how I was feeling guilty”

So if Kristen’s mother has all these things to say about Stacey… explain to me why her mother didn’t take her in while pregnant and help her out???

I wish my birth mother was watching this. I'm 37 years old, and I still struggle with being adopted.

A person cannot effectively parent a young child without a reasonable memory. A convenient “loss of memory” definitely precludes any possibility of being a safe, nurturing parenting.
