Palestinian family faces eviction from East Jerusalem

WTF?! So why don't they return the Palestinian properties to it's original owners as well?

Apart from this discriminating law, at least the laws are not equal for both Palestinians and Israelis. When you grant Israelis the right to nab from Palestinians former Jewish property, you should grant Palestinians to take over their property from before 1948. That would mean equality to all.
There also is the old archaic Ottoman Land Act from 1858, adapted by the state of Israel because it is very convenient, which grants the Israelis the right to grab Palestinian land and use it to build colonies. The condition to do this  is that the land is not cultivated for a certain  time.With Palestinian land at the wrong side of the wall and fences, it is in many cases impossible to reach the land and to cultivate it, result? The land is taken by the state of Israel, declared state land and here we go, new settlements on their way.
