Government struggles to help Haiyan survivors

It's been two weeks since Typhoon Haiyan devastated the central Philippines. In the city of Tacloban more than 3,000 families are still living in evacuation centres. Others are already trying to rebuild their ruined neighbourhoods. Al Jazeera's Harry Fawcett reports from Tacloban.
