To my knowledge, there is no App Store version for IOS, if so, they may not be free.
My crew is open, I play on Xbox Series. But do note, I do change the crew color frequently, for personal use although I change back to black.

I tried to change my crew colour on Mac using Safari and it just wouldn't change, tried using chrome, same thing, eventually came across this video and it worked first time, thanks for the video it really helped.
