If a movie can be literature, Babylon is just that. Masterful. I've watched it 6 times since it was released and I discover new things each time. I especially am amazed by the color palette and the language it uncovers.

Although true, The creative collaborations and visual innovations of the silent era are easily eclipsed by the "shock and awe" of lifestyles, decadence etc.
An essay on the dangerous nature of water and an essay on the-life giving nature of water can both be true. Perhaps he will make another movie on the facts about the creative spirit and innovation of the silent era...it could be just as true as the facts in this talk.
