This is very healing… nothing like drumming, hand panning, Tibetan bowls, and crystal bowls.. the vibration effects on the human body are out of this world amazing.. long story short I have a friend who I led to these items not only did her over all health improve, it also had major healing effects and completely removed the tumor that was eventually going to cost her the unthinkable .. you never ever know how powerful and healing vibrations are .. we are all energy.. blessings to all

Hmm thats interesting, this was my first instinct to play like this when i got my drum as a gift. Something about returning to the same note sounds really nice, and it creates good cohesion when there are so few notes to work with.
