CROSSHAIR Ain't No SNITCH! -The Bad Batch is back! Season two of The Bad Batch is here and, when the new season of Star Wars: The Bad Batch opens, months have passed since the events on Kamino, and the Bad Batch continue their journey navigating the Empire after the fall of the Republic. They will cross paths with friends and foes, both new and familiar, as they take on a variety of thrilling mercenary missions that will take them to unexpected and dangerous new places. The premiere of The Bad Batch season 2 includes episode 1, titles Spoils of Wars, and episode 2, titled Ruins of War. Following a mission to tropical planet, the Bad Batch plan a risky heist that could drastically improve their life. But, that high reward comes with huge risk, as the Bad Batch find out. The Bad Batch, formerly known as Clone Force 99, and designated as Experimental Unit Clone Force 99, was a clone commando special forces squad that was active during the Clone Wars. The squad initially consisted of four clone commandos that were designed with genetic mutations and led by Clone Sergeant "Hunter," a clone with enhanced sensory abilities. Other members of the squad included CT-9904 "Crosshair," a clone with keen eyesight and marksmanship that allowed him to excel in long-distance firefights, "Wrecker," a reckless clone with an enhanced muscular form, and "Tech," a clone with enhanced mental capacity and intelligence. Following the crucial Battle of Anaxes, Advanced Recon Commando Clone Corporal CT-1409 "Echo" joined the unit. Most of the members' mutations and the ordeal Echo suffered prior to joining caused their inhibitor chips to have less effect, meaning Clone Force 99 was able to disobey Order 66, at least at first, while they were fighting in the Conquest of Kaller, and Hunter helped Jedi Padawan Caleb Dume escape the other clones by lying about his death. However, unlike the rest of the team, Crosshair was affected by his chip, attempting to kill Dume during the incident. In the aftermath, as the Galactic Republic became the Galactic Empire, the Bad Batch's loyalty was questioned by Admiral Wilhuff Tarkin. He sent them on a mission to eliminate a group of insurgents, but as the squad found out, that was not what was happening. After the squad disobeyed orders to kill civilians and former Republic fighters during a mission to Onderon, all of the squad's members save Crosshair deserted from the Empire, taking with them Omega, a young experimental female clone they met on Kamino. Now fugitives from the Empire, they eventually came to work as mercenaries for the information broker Cid in the early Imperial Era.

What a time to be a Star Wars fan!

Do you hope Crosshair will rejoin Clone Force 99?

Crosshair might need some reprogramming before he'd join the others, but even without the control chip, he might still stay with the empire because it's a job and he could become an inside man.

Bc if he does tell them he loses his brothers and sisters so of course he would agree with him not filing a report that they survive that just shows he still connects with them and love them

Didn’t rampart think crosshair was dead too

Is possible his former squad member ratted him out after she escaped. But probably not due to Rampart being a little surprised when Wilco told him

I feel like Rampart will be killed this season and Bad Batch will have new enemies in the next season.

I liked him and then when he dint snitch, or kill Emerie, it finally made me love him. My justification is that he’s an antagonist not a villain [YES THERES A DIFFERENCE PEOPLE-] and mentally unstable just like me. While he may not admit it, and tries to hide it, he truly loves his squad and he has a shot at redemption and as fans will know Crosshair rarely missed [see what I did there? Funny right! Yeait’s definitely not, sorry lol]
