*NEW* Cricut Warp feature! Create Warped text in Design Space wavy text

Cricut is back with another handy update in its Beta software! They are allowing us to warp text! which is also known as wavy text! Check out how fast and easy it is to do!!!
This new feature is still in Beta and may have some bugs but you have lots of options to choose from to use for your warped text!
This does not work on images or designs that are not text!

I am really new to cricut and design space. I am familar with some of the technics from doing it with other programs I have on my computer. but this warp thing is good and easy to do, I tried it while watching this video. thanks for the tips.

I love this feature!!!! I just hated going out of design space to do this. And this will help my designs so much. I don’t think that you should have to pay for it though. I feel like the pay wall should still only be for commercial rights for designs and fonts.

I wish they would add bolder icons and the word we use like slice attach etc so us older users can see them.better

I guess because I have Cricut Access, this doesn't effect me. However, other programs, such as Silhouette, charge for added features. For example, the basic Silhouette program doesn't have the added features of the business edition, which you will have to pay for. Access also offers other benefits besides having the ability to use certain features of the program. You get discounts on materials, etc.

New features should definitely be available for use without a the need for a subscription. This is one thing I really dislike about Cricut.

I love the feature but think it should be free to use. I will continue to use the feature on Word and save it as a PNG file then upload to Design Space…more work but free.

It does cost money to employ the programmer/programmers to make the special features for design space, so I have no problem with them charging. After all the people that are in business to make and sell their items will pass it on anyway.
