In February of this year Broward had 14, 505 missed calls. They were given 4 million in May to help with staffing. What happened to that 4 million? People are paying for others to pocket their money.

Being a 911 operator is a traumatic job. If they want people to take on these jobs they need to pay a substantial income.

broward is cheapskate ! they have the money for 911 dispatch but its all spent on vacations! thats why i left broward this year

Why the hell aren't they hiring some more operators then I'm sure people are looking for jobs they're full of it that's what they are full of it maybe if they pay diesel wages and we're an abusive. With all the people looking for jobs you going to tell me they have a shortage who the hell are you kidding.
