I really like the idea of this winder, but not having to hold the yarn at a 45 degree angle the entire time. Imagine how your fingers will feel after winding up a sweater quantity of yarn! For $600+ the rig should do that for me and be hands free (apart from dialling the speed up and down).

It would be nice if you included instructions on how to thread your spinning wheels and documentation for the wheel you bought instead of a "one size fits all" booklet that doesn't cover any of the models you bought. Very disappointed that you seem lax at providing your customers with EVERYTHING they need to spin successfully! You should at least have videos of someone spinning on each wheel you sell. Were out here watching videos from people in other countries threading incorrectly, with wrong size hooks, springs etc trying to figure out what to do!
