I love how people always feel pity about Columbo (like giving him food etc)...or in another episode a nun tries to help him with food and clothing, because she thinks he is homeless and ''to humble to admit it'' xD ... These are golden moments, and Columbo is so sweet in those moments.

I watched “A Trace of Murder” last night, for probably the fifth time. It gets better with repeated viewing. David Rasche played a very likable killer. While Shera Danese played her part brilliantly. But as always it was Peter Falk as the un-dapper detective who really shines. Columbo was, IMO, the greatest TV series of all time.
