when i stream i stream but when i look in past broadcasts its blank

i got 100 mbps upload/download speed but my stream keeps looking like its recorded with a potato and yes i am sure i clicked every possible different resolution

How do you do configuration? So things to do with microphones, adding music from spotify/pandora all that stuff. And also sometimes I see people fade in a whole page of a picture when they leave for a couple of minutes. Generally could you do a configuration video? Would be really appreciated! =]

I'm having difficulties with mine i bought xsplit premium and noticed black corners that just destroy the quality i tried testing out all the resolutions and still would not work if you can help me much would be appreciated.

when you want to add a channel what username and password do you put in? no channel is popping up for me
