Chinese president is not above China law, what I mean is; the talk of president Marcos to president Xi is useless if Chinese military act accordingly to Chinese law.

This clearly shows China's greediness. How can they say it's their water while in fact it is way far from their land. It doesn't make sense. It's like sharing a dining table with other countries and China wants the whole space. Thats how pickle-minded their government. As if we do not know how they control and manipulate the mind of their own people on what to believe. We should not let these acts of harassment and intimidations continue specially in our part of the sea that the international law dictates and are being dismissed by these Chinese oppressors.
