Man arrested following shooting death of great grandmother - Homicide Squad

A man has today been arrested by Homicide Squad detectives over the fatal shooting of a great grandmother at Toongabbie late last year.
Helen Dawson Key, 75, was shot at her front door in Paris Place just before 6pm on Wednesday 19 November. Her body was located the following morning.
Homicide Squad detectives together with Parramatta Local Area Command and South-West Metropolitan Region detectives have been investigating Mrs Dawson Key’s death under Strike Force Elermore.
They arrested a 63-year-old man at a home in Glenwood about 9.20am today (Monday 9 February 2015).
He was taken to Quakers Hill Police Station where detectives anticipate he will be charged with the murder of Mrs Dawson Key.
