I’m so sorry to hear about Blossom, but it was so heartwarming to see the wonderful life that Rachel gave her that many would not have done. I’m sorry for the loss of Blossom, Rachel. Thank you Rachel for sharing Blossom's life with us. After watching your last segment from the Mill on Uist, I have such a greater appreciation of what goes into each and every ball of woolly yarn I own! And thank you to the sheep and people who grow and care for every fleece and fiber. Blossom has crossed the rainbow bridge and you truly gave her a heartfelt send-off. Of course I cried and cried with the news of Blossom but the joy of her send off helped. Rachel is just one of the best Sheherdess I have known. A beautiful life and her baby is doing well. Island life is never easy. Hugs to Rachel.

I don’t know how I missed #183!! Didn’t know about Corrine’s ankle, but I’m glad to hear she is down to one crutch. I love the Wensleydale Longwool that came in the Selection Box and will definitely be adding to it for a larger project. Although I missed being in the $25 gift card, it was fun watching two podcasts back to back. I’ve sent my sympathy to Rachel already. Her devotion to her animal friends is incredible.

Tho I cried through the story of Blossom, I was grateful to hear the story. It is a reminder of the true story of our beloved yarns. The joy and the ache. The endless toil and work as well as the love and deep connection to the animals and others in nature we depend on for our lives and happiness. Rest In Peace beautiful lamb.
