POV: You are currently in the best relationship you have ever been in. A relationship that is adventurous and gets you places in life. A wonderful time where you feel you are the happiest you have ever been.

One day, you and your partner go out on a date day. A wonderful date in the meadows. All is quiet, all is peaceful. You stayed in the meadows until sunset.

Your partner grabs the guitar you brought with you guys with your basket of food and drinks. Lying in a open field, they play the guitar in your ears as you lay on their lap, watching intently into the horizon.

The sun starts going down, unleashing bright streaks of yellow, orange and pink into the sky. A hue of warmth, of softness and gentle skies. Everything felt calm and still. It was as if time stopped.

You drown yourself with the feeling of serenity. Feeling of happiness. The feeling of forever, down to a single song.

Writing this cause I have nothing else to do.

Usually I don’t really go outside to play guitar. I play inside most of the time but today, today I feel confident. Most of the time I’m scared of what people might think if I play my music in front of them. But today is different. Grabbing my guitar I head to the door and start walking to a near by hill. I’ve always wanted to be someone big in the music industry but my anxiety gets the best of me and I back out. Maybe people will walk by and hear the sound of a guitar playing, sounds going through their ears. I sit down on top of the hill, the sun is starting to set. The first down stroke I get a bit nervous.
“Think of it as if I’m playing in my bedroom right now, no one around, just me.” I thought. Second stroke. Third stroke and before I realize I’m playing a whole song. I hear footsteps approaching behind me but I don’t stop playing. The sun is completely gone and it’s just me and the stars left. I like to think the stars enjoy listening to my music. I also think their always there for me. Up in the sky, shining down on me. The sound of clapping zones me back in to the reality of the world. I turn around and a decent sized crowd was there clapping their hands together.
“Maybe performing isn’t so bad after all.” I asked myself.
