This is such great info. I've hired on now 4 bookkeepers/accountants OFS using your site. When posting jobs I routinely get 80+ applicants, where 2-3 stick and I test out. I think the biggest struggle for a business owner hiring direct through the site is they don't know what to ask / how to interview.
