I've discovered the refrain is also in Gringo by Parov Stelar.
The first time I heard that in A Million Voices by Thomas Bergersen too.

Turns out it's actually a traditional Bulgarian chant, here interpreted by Esil Duran. And _this_ was used by Thomas Bergersen and Parov Stelar.

A special story regarding this song:

I have mental health issues that require special care at a special program. One day, I had a particularly hard day. Dad, knowing that I have a weakness for Eastern European ladies, sent me this song.

I showed it off in music group, and it was stuck in my head at lunchtime. A counselor with whom I hardly spoke due to circumstance, Narges, asked me how I was doing. I replied that I was happy because Dad showed me Lele Yano. Narges called me into her office and asked me to show it to her. So I did. During an intermission, I explained that Dad knew I had a weakness for Eastern European ladies so he sent me this song. Narges was confused. I said, "Narges, I'm gay."

Narges gasped, "Why didn't you tell me sooner? Why am I last to know?"

"We've never had group together. It never came up."

We talked a lot more after that.

She's leaving the clinic next week. So I'm drawing pictures of Esil Duran and a backup dancer.
