I Got to VFX Tip for you: If you want the effects to stay near an part (And not move when the part moves) Just enable "LockToPart" In the particle emmitter!

As a pretty good vfx artist i'd recommend trying to understand what the templates do to achieve their effect, also look at their texture to learn what textures can be used on what
