19:34 why did 'b + c++' gives 3 (when b==2 and c==1).
In Java '++' is executed before '+'.
That means it will first increment c from 1 to 2, and only then it adds b and c together, which will give 4.

What's the order of operands in Dart and how it is different from Javas.
