when i tried to connect it just says ' to set up battery doorbell, please confim whether homebase or wifi chime is added or not, '' i press ok then it takes me back to selections of the devices, , can any one help

I've just taken over this doorbell from another user and I'm finding it extremely difficult to set up nothing works it's not as easy as your video also on your Phone thoes icons showing are not the same as the ones showing on my phone I'm using the eufy app I feel like getting rid of it and just having a normal camera and door bell simple no problems !!
