MACRA solidifies the transition to value-based care through two payment tracks - the Merit-Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) and Alternative Payment Models (APMS). In 2017, the majority of physicians will default into the MIPS track.

In an effort to help our provider partners better understand MACRA and the newly finalized Quality Payment Program, we provide an overview of the rule highlighting changes between the proposed and finalized legislation. In this recorded webinar, we focus on the merit-based incentive payment system and answer the questions: who will participate, what is the performance period and what possible payment adjustments could there be. To truly understand MIPS, we go through each of the four performance categories within it to help you prepare for next year, which will directly impact how you get paid in 2019. Finally, we offer a summary on MIPS scoring and data submission options. Our goal is to leave you with an understanding of the changes put forth by MACRA, what to expect with these changes and how to best prepare.
