Kim Yeji reacts to becoming an overnight star in the Olympic world. The Korean athlete spoke to ISSF TV about going ‘viral’, her reflections on Paris 2024 and her frustrations on missing out on the gold medal.

I love that she said that about her not being an influencer, and that she hopes the sudden interest in her will transfer over into making new fans of shooting sports. That’s a great thing to say, and has made me a bigger fan of the sport. I’ll be following the non-Olympic competitions from now on.
