Dear Governor Gavin Newsom
While I live in the same state as you I feel a world away. You asked us to help you, we did. You asked us to close our business, we did. You asked us to stay home, we did. You asked us to continue to stay at home, we are. So here I am, at home, waiting. You told us don’t worry unemployment will come, it hasn’t. You told us don’t worry grants are coming, they haven’t. You told us don’t worry forgivable loans are coming, they haven’t. You told us don’t worry stimulus money is coming, it hasn’t. So here I am, at home waiting. I wait alongside most of my fellow small business owners, those self-employed and independent contractors. A massive number of California residents who are waiting for the Unemployment portal to open for us, waiting for loan approvals, waiting for stimulus checks. All of these programs, we are at the back of the line for. So here we wait. While bills come daily, savings continuously dwindling and still doing our part. It is time you do yours. It is an inconceivable expectation to close unessential business halting all income and expect us to survive. We need to pay our bills and put food on the table. Without immediate action, you are leaving us no options. How are we to survive? We deserve an answer. Coming soon is no longer acceptable!!!

Cal. Health & Safety § 120225 This statute says that “A person subject to quarantine …”. The quarantine laws where designed to quarantine an individual or a location, not an entire community or organization.



Finally, Cal. Health & Safety § 120235 makes clear that the quarantine powers of the local health officer were never intended to be a community lock down. Cal. Health & Safety § 120235 clearly states that “no quarantine shall be raised until every exposed room, together with all personal property in the room, has been adequately treated, or, if necessary, destroyed, under the direction of the health officer, and until all persons having been under strict isolation are considered noninfectious.”


Shelter in place is unconstitutional! If your business or livelihood has been affected consult with a lawyer. Make the officials pay for overstepping their authority!

What Californians would like to create a "CITIZENS COVID WATCH GROUP", by the Law that allows it? To have access to their documents?

I have always been up to speed about the USA Constitution and Bill of Rights however I failed to educate myself about the California Constitution.

Oh My Grief! Its such a phuckin mess! They have made more than 500 changes and adds! What they've done is take their LEGISLATION WISH LIST, you know those things they wanted to pass as a bill or a law? But they knew had no chance in hell? Like 20 pages about ILLEGALS? and another 20 for CRIMINALS? And MADE THAT WISH LIST A PART OF THE CONSTITUTION!

So I researched "ABOUT THE CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION" and found it is the LONGEST IN THE ENTIRE WORLD! MORE THAN 500 PAGES! This is CRIMINAL!

If you have been a LAZY CALIFORNIAN by your failure to hold these CRIMINAL AUTHORITARIANS TO JUSTICE ALL BECAUSE YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED IN EDUCATING YOURSELF, Do as I have... Correct your course!!!

Download a CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION and read it while consuming caffeine! Then research "ABOUT THE CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION".

Get armed with KNOWLEDGE AND LEAD!
