Prices in Denver are still pretty cheap compared to lots of other metro areas. There is plenty of room for price appreciation over the next 10 years.

I just bought a tiny house lot in Chateau Chaparral near Salida/Buena Vista. Now I’m debt free and I don’t have the stress of an over inflated mortgage I’ll never be able to pay off! I go hiking every day here. It’s so beautiful! I’ll never buy into the debt prison again.

Put an end to people owning multiple houses. This would fix rent and house prices overnight. Scrap negative gearing, it has inflated house prices and rent since it started.

There is still a lot of gain in this market, prices are still cheap and are going higher. Don't want to buy? Have fun missing out

Government is approving permits like crazy for Pack and Stack housing all over the place!! But not R1 housing... What gives? Why build so much pack and stack? There is so much room to build more and more Residential R1 homes.. When everyone is living in Pack and Stack housing, I guess we can be controlled by the government more easy.

i'm out here with a $90k income and $50k in savings an my game is building a retirement home in Silver Cliff, CO. cannot wait for a recession to destroy the idiots paying 5% down. it WILL happen. just look at government fiscal policies. when the gov. policies ends, we hit double digit unemployment in CO. All of those grant-based and military jobs. poof! then automation. The future looks bleak for CO.
