I like the idea of keeping the building out of landfill, but like others said it's going to cost you close to a million dollars to properly relocate

I'm sorry but $120k to buy a building with No Land is not that great a deal, to move the unit will cost a fortune, to find a piece of land will cost a fortune, hookups and permits will cost insane amounts of money and time. Myself, I'm currently selling a lot where you own the manufactured home AND the property for under $300k in Lake Cowichan on Vancouver Island. it's move in ready with furniture included, access to sandy beach, possible boatslip, 30 minute drive (or less) to all amenities.

By the time you move it, buy property to put it on, do all the utility hookups, landscape, your looking at 750k for a 80 year old 860 ft² house...no thanks
