Not good enough Noble boy. Making Freudian excuses for truly deplorable behavior is not the same as expressing genuine regret for tormenting your sister. As the great strawberry says "Do you know why older siblings are born first? It's to protect the little ones that come after." You can't just equate the bare minimum of her physical safety as honoring your mother's legacy, and you didn't even demonstrate that you cared for that. You threw her to the Black Bulls (which was probably the best place for her) but you NEVER actually checked if she was ever in danger. You didn't do anything in response to her being threatened with death by the enemies of the kingdom, you couldn't be BOTHERED to acknowledge she existed after you got rid of her, and you have the gall, the absolute *gall* to claim you were worried about her safety? Your mother probably wouldn't even SPIT in your direction after what you did to her. The minute he actually says "I personally regret treating you like garbage and want to start over" out loud or thereabouts is when this ridiculous excuse for an apology will actually be sincere in my eyes.

Nozel's is AWFUL! Out of all of Noelle's siblings, he is the WORST out of them! I got so livid for his reasons for treating Noelle like garbage.

So you decided to belittle Noelle and let your other siblings humiliate and ridicule her? Are you saying that you would do that to your own mother?
Nozel: "I wanted to keep you out of harm's way..."
You could've just said that! And how does making Noelle join the Black Bulls (or any magic knight squad) put her out of harm's way? Why make her a magic knight at all, why not just encourage her to choose a non-military career path?
Also, I get that "magic is everything in this world, " but surely there has to be a job that doesn't require magic or use very little of it.
Boo, I say, BOO! I don't care how cutesy he gets with Noelle after apologizing, the only thing Nozel is ever going king of is rubbish because that's what he is! Snail! Slug! Mollusk! Apology accepted, but NO redemption!
