Hello guy's, aapke pass jo debit card ya fir credit card hai usmein agar aapko transaction karne mein kuchh bhi dikkat a raha hai ya fir transaction decline dikha raha hai ya fir aapki card se aap koi online payment nahin kar pa rahe ho to is video mein maine bataya hai ki aap kaise aapki debit card ya fir credit card ki har ek services ko enable ya fir disable kar sakte ho. Hi.I am from Pakistan. I booked by PTE test from 3rd party who did scam payment. Due to which my PTE account has been restricted. I contact to customer service through email and provide all details. As per PTE instruction, I provide two times my bank card details on phone to Hong Kong number but both times I received email that bank has declined for payment to PTE. While international transaction is ON as well as I have enough amount in bank. Kindly, instruct me what I do otherwise PTE will permanent block to my account. How can I make payment.
