Completed first round of elements which was great, and almost through floor loco until I buggered my back up. Looking forward to getting back to it in 2024.

I just finished a three session surfing course but was unable to pop up and hold my balance on the board. But I did think that the pop up movement had some similarity to movements you have features on this channel and in your programs. It would be great if you could do a series focused on surfers, especially beginners. Thanks!

I picked up floor loco and static but deadly this year. After following them for some months - backstory, I have a barbell in my backyard, thick bar, a little less than a hundred pounds. One of the things I do with it was a power clean combo - clean, hang, high pull, hang, clean, and usually end it with a press or squat - but I didn't touch it for about two months.

Before that was pretty taxing. I could do several rounds of that combo, but had to put it down between. Lift rest lift so on. Not my main dish, but i come back to it. I did three rounds of that combination the other day, just pausing on the hangs, and could have kept going. Breathing fine, didnt break a sweat. Gonna have to find some more plates to put on it.
