Well if u are worried about saving the colony then I wouldn't suggest this but just spread out some dry take it to the rest of the colony . It has almost the same affect that alkaseltzer and birds....because the ants cannot digest it as it swells

Get the CRAZY ANTS OR RASPBERRY ANTS HERE IN BAYTOWN THEY ATTACK THE FIRE ANT.
