I said what I said!

The Husqvarna K4000 sucks, in every way!

I bought this saw instead;
For the price, it is A LOT BETTER!

Husqvarna, fix my saw. If you don't; I'll start doing comparison videos and I'll make sure the world knows.

Thanks for watching! Stay tuned for more!

Hey Devon, sorry this had to happen to you. It sucks to buy a so-called quality inexpensive tool that you need for your business and does not work properly and you get the runaround from the manufacturer. I found myself in the same place. Great video. Despite of your issue with this, Hope all is well.

Sadly, Husqvarna is just another brand owned by Elecrolux. They are a shadow of the company they used to be. Their latest crop of chainsaws has had many problems all the way to broken crankshafts. I’d avoid Husqvarna stuff made in the last 10 years or so.

Hi their just come across your review. I do renovations also. Ive had this saw for about 7 years now, i dont run the saw every day but when it gets used it gets used hard. Do you have the k3000 or the k4000 model?. Just asking cause the k4000 has better electric thatvdont trip as quick. A few things i noticed when new, i had the same trouble with the trigger at the start but it fixed itself through use. Also mine has only tripped when i make it really work . When i comes to cleaning. Unplug it then run the water through it. I do this then plug it back in to dry it. It will trip out for a while but when it stops tripping it runs fne. I also use this saw dry with the dust skid and a vac and had no problems
I love this saw, and so do my plumber friends that hire it of me.... i personaly think you just got a lemon

Have you tried the evolution 300mm wet cutter? I have, and its ok for the price and warranty is 3 years with good customer service.

We are a concrete repair company that uses saws at least every other day. This saw IS rated for 15 NO LOAD amps. So if you push the saw at all the breaker will pop. The problem from my view is price vs longevity. This is a $1200 saw that lasts us around 8-10 months. I started buying a $200 16” saw from Amazon. It generally lasts 5-6 months. I can buy 6 Amazon saws for the price of one husky.

Thars a real shame. I was considering this cutter for a long time, and hoping it would be quality. Thanks for the video. I think the overwhelming conclusion is that the technology (at this price point) is currently not really good enough to include water suppression in an electric machine.

I agree with your review. I have blown up two from minimal usage over a period of just over 12 months

Excellent video. I've had the same treatment from Husqvarna. They accept responsibility for nothing, except depositing your money.
