Average American income is $59, 000. These trucks are going $50k +. If your vehicle cost more than what you make, you have bigger issue.

Stallantis. Here’s free advice. Make very simple wrangler, power nothing except steering. Very basic, but rugged. V6. Sell for under $30, 000. You will sell a tons……

The moment I decide to look at getting a jeep, a European company decides to kill it.

Jason, the dealers messed it up, they put huge markups on the vehicles, and the new pricing is meant to stop that practice. But, the new prices need to come back to 2019 IMHO.

I would strongly disagree on the gladiator. I owned a 2020 max tow and it was the worst vehicle I have ever owned. Not to mention they still make them all with the aluminum corrosion problem still. I had to get rid of it after two years of constantly having to fix stuff. Jeep needs a new owner and to start over fresh.

Ended up getting a JLU yesterday! Appreciate all the videos and updates! Couldnt find a manual gladiator and 4runner prices were wayyyy too high

$15k? Are you kidding me? It'll take a lot more than that.

I agree. Those MSRP’a are hurting them. Live in Los Angeles and we still have dealers with $5000 add on’s! Paint and fabric shield. Converter etching!! They need Carlos out of there but it may be too late.

It seems like the European CEO's have no idea what American drivers want and they have no idea of how to price their brands.

They would rather wait until a sucker comes in and pay MSRP than discount them and empty the lot, some are 300 days in the lot

I’m in the market for a midsize truck. I was looking at Gladiators, but with everything being an add on, the price adds up quick. Now I’m looking at the Ranger.

Hi I totally agree with what your saying. I’m interested in buying a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon X, the dealer has a MSRP of 71k ! With all incentives their net price is 60k. I would like to know what you think I could buy it for ? Thanks

The dealers price gouging played a HUGE part in those markups, it wasn’t just the manufacturers…

To consider a purchase, I'd need at least 60% to 70% off, along with some depreciation coverage for their oversight, plus generous rebates. I'd also expect a comprehensive bumper-to-bumper warranty, given how long the Jeep might have been on the lot. Favorable financing terms, ideally close to zero percent APR, would also be necessary. Please consider this as a sign of goodwill towards customers, Stellantis

My first car was a Jeep. An Army surplus cannibalized 1952 quarter ton utility vehicle with the original paint and the serial numbers painted out with white. I was living in Colorado, and it was by far the most fun vehicle I've ever had. Why did Jeep quit making the funky little buggers?

(My second car was a Wagoneer. Very practical, but missing the soul.)

I was looking at 2023 grand Cherokee recently, dealer wanted 48k. The msrp was 60k and the dealer originally marked it up 12k. So they are giving at “24k” discount which is really only 12 on a 2023 that been rotting away it’s lot 🤯 then if you buy it you’re going to have problems

I’m so disgusted about Stellantis killing the Renegade.

My 2015 Renegade was the best car I ever had. Then Stellantis deliberately killed off their only affordable car models. Nothing there is remotely affordable now, especially with high inflation and high interest rates.

Sorry, but as an actual jeep gladiator owner for 4 years, I'm calling you out on your statement jeeps are "rock solid", "quality", and "you wont find a better truck". These things are quite the opposite...
