I'm so sorry that the people who are supposed to protect you treated you in such a terrible way its terrible, I hope they got prosecuted in the end. You are a beautiful strong woman who I can tell has come through so much I admire you and its so brave of you to speak your most personal awful experiences. Heartbreaking 💔 when I was born my father said, ”another damn girl!”. Right now I’m 58. My whole life I’ve always hated being born a girl & I didn’t know why. When I was in my 40s my sis told me that it made sense & what my dad said. I imagine that I heard a lot of derogatory comments from my father that I blocked out or didn’t remember as I got older. I have two sisters & I’m the only one that my dad molested. He talked down about my body & he also whistled at me throughout my adult life.
He was all kids of messed up I believe from porn use. He showed it to my sisters & I even our mother was out. He would compare them to our mother. He also compared my breast to my sisters when I was a teenager. I believe that this behavior is more common in fathers than people want to believe!

I’m so terribly sorry that you had to endure such awful abuse at the hands of people who were supposed to love and care for you. Truly breaks my heart hearing your story. Years ago, I ran an emergency shelter for abused and neglected children. I think about all those children that came through the shelter and wonder where they are now. Wish there were someway for me to know how each child is doing now. Thank you for bravely sharing your story.
