If you do not make a mistake, you'll never ever be great at cheerleading. I've made plenty, but as a young cheerleader back in the day, I learned from them. The only thing different was, we were instructed to keep smiling and move forward as if nothing occurred. Keep the flow going. Never ever get upset or it will destroy your routine as well as everyone else's. Remember, it's a team sport. There are no individuals. When one of us messes up, we all messed up. It's how we deal with it afterwards that defines who we are.

I'm 31 and I still enjoy these kinds of videos. Maybe this is weird but cheer still motivates me to get fit and to try new things. Wish there was team for old folks like myself! Maybe someday
