How school board meetings became the frontline for political battles in Texas and beyond

School board meetings have become increasingly hostile in recent years thanks to public debates over everything from COVID-19 to culture. How did we get here?

nice biased reporting. I have seen many examples of what is and what is trying to be taught to children. It might not be actual CRT, but it is based off of many of it's principles which are divisive and racist. Same goes for any type of gender studies which are something that parents should be teaching, not teachers. There are many videos of teachers teaching their own agendas and ideologies. Whether these are being pushed by the school boards of just plain lack of paying attention to what the teachers are doing is something that needs to be looked at and addressed instead of blaming parents/the public for getting involved.
