This is a genius idea considering all tiny homes are made out of anything now a days, just like swimming pools. Las Vegas always ahead of the rest. Born n raised here n to watch it grow when boulder Hwy was the only main road in out of here to everything it's become today it's remarkable to see.

Constructing homes for less, does not mean buyers will get to pay less for home. It just means builders get more profit. Tiny houses are ridiculously expensive by the sqft, without factoring the cost of land.

Why are we building such you know we should make at least you don't need to make the homes humongous big but to make some roomy homes with high ceilings something that has you know air good air flow and it's a nice size you don't have to be so compact I don't understand why you building such compact small tiny tiny homes you know that's not really good you know it's okay for a short short short time even if people are coming off the street they still should have something that's a roomy two bedroom place that's kind of roomy they have a you know a bathroom a nice size bathroom I really a nice size kitchen you know a nice size living room like I said two bedrooms lots of closet space storage somewhere it could be go outside to get air to have good air flow ceilings kind of high you know nothing too compact you have enough people who went through enough things of living and compact places and that's not a good ending result with that part okay it's nice brand new build but we should we have God has blessed enough on the land where people could live in a decent roommate place you know not saying I have to be a mansion don't need to be that but at least some high ceilings not super super high but just ruin me somewhere to you know have a private front yard backyard so not too many compact places that's compact stuff.

Yeah but is it adorable is it really you know just hurry up slap together you know because you had the weather is getting more crazy it's not going to get better until God gets ready to do what he wants to do cuz he's has power and master over all things is real just like you have to build that's real God is real too so you know can it handle cool keep you very cool in the hot hot weather heat out there keep you very cool cuz it gets through the temperatures out there getting massive hot so can it stand up to stuff like that can it keep you very very warm were you not over this and over that in the winter time as God makes things more excessive throughout the time can it keep you cool so when you have things things like this in mind to build you have to keep those things in mind is it a positive good air flow that could come in but you don't want too much air because like you said the cold weather the massive massive heat can you be in there to protect you from the shade which is true a home but it can't protect you from the the heat and the massive cold without it damaging you in any form of way what type of material is build with is adorable is it strong wonder you know nothing can overpower God cuz if you want to tear it up it's it's his lumber it's his tree he built is is those of his hands that he put over the person's hands and mind which I'm all God over the people that are building it. So I hope and pray that's being you have to keep those things in mind will it collapse you know where the Wall fall you know and the Future these are the things that are have to be taken in consideration all the sudden you're in the room the walk and collapse come in remember you're opening it up so just things to keep in mind
