The UVA Clubs hosted a virtual “fireside chat” in a Zoom video webinar-style specifically for UVA alumni, parents, and friends in East and Southwest Asia.

In a time of global challenge, this event offers an opportunity for our regional friends to come together and hear about the University, expertise from UVA, and experiences reflections from local Hoos. After introductions, each panelist will reflect on some of their experiences, share a bit about their story, and will then offer the opportunity for live Q&A.

Panelists:

- Ambassador Stephen D. Mull, Vice Provost for Global Affairs

- Harry Harding (PAR '20), University Professor and Professor of Public Policy, Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy; Faculty Senior Fellow, Miller Center of Public Affairs; Yushan Scholar and Adjunct Chair Professor, College of Social Sciences, National Chengchi University, Taipei, Taiwan
