Snippet: It most certainly is a goal of "a sea of peace" for the Philippines with ASEAN friends. Should China's aggression continue at sea, all ASEAN neighboring countries will be directly affected and if a war were to erupt as a result, still, all ASEAN countries will be killed. Let's work together towards a more amicable relationships, and Reject Bribes from outsiders at all times, and allow peace to be a part of who we are as a civilized ASEAN inhabitants, and live in peace with one another, and foster the same life's value to our children, and for the next generations to come after us. May the Almighty God carry us through a peaceful solution and learn to respect one another's sovereignty apart from one another -- instead of demonstrating a super aggressive treatment towards the Philippinnians, and against countries around 9 dash line water territory. Ask permission from neighbors if desiring to cross the freedom of navigation water zone and wait for a green light approval -- before proceeding. The Law of the Sea must be observed at all times and with civility --- as we are no longer the primitive civilizations of the past without rules and regulations to adhere to -- the modern times has changed all of that and should handle life as such. be blessed. must behave toward prosperity. sep2023

With due respect PBBM, we have been negotiating for the code of conduct to become mandatory for two decades already, with no success, when do we accept the fact that you cannot expect China to sign on to that since it is the bully and
Unruly in the South China Sea that the code seeks to be restricted. Unless PH ready to compensate China to I.e. relinquish our rights in the area to agree to the proposed mandatory code. It’s no brainier really mr president.
