Women Leaving the Law (Elimination of Bias MCLE)

Показать описание
This event originally aired on January 13th, 2023.
A presentation about women leaving the legal profession and what firms can do to improve retention.
About the Program
In July 2022, the competitive intelligence firm Leopard Solutions released a report about women leaving the law. That report revealed that although women are joining top law firms in greater numbers than men, those numbers begin to change over time as women leave big law firms or leave the profession entirely. This presentation will discuss the key findings of that report, the barriers that women still face in the legal profession, and the things that firms can do to improve retention.

Laura keeps her hand in the "acting game," performing with yet another successful entrepreneurial venture, Gotham Radio Theatre, which she founded in 2010.
