Seting up a car takes two main criteria: 1. some basic technical knowledge, 2. consitency in driving. This video just showcases a bit of aero tuning, but you ideally want to repeat this process for every corner. As a beginner, it's best to think about one problem at a time for consistency, but as you gain experience, you'll be able to identify multiple problems and solutions at once.
